These terms apply when you use the Nazar Prayers app (Nazar Duaları in Turkish) and nazarapp.co, provided by UK AGITECH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the app you agree to them.
The app
Nazar Prayers helps you read and listen to prayers and Qur'anic verses, keep track of your daily reading, and read for the people you love. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Religious content
The Arabic texts, transliterations, meanings and recordings are provided to support personal devotion. We check them carefully, but mistakes are possible; please tell us at support@nazarapp.co if you find one. Meanings are explanatory translations, not the Qur'an itself. For questions of religious practice, ask a qualified scholar.
The prayers for healing are not medical advice or treatment. Always seek medical help for health problems.
Premium
Some features need Premium, which you can buy as a yearly subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The app shows the current price in your currency before you confirm.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Free trial. If you are eligible, the yearly plan starts with a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends.
- Renewal. The yearly subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime. A one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is offered, with no renewals. You can switch from the yearly plan, including during the trial; the store handles any remaining subscription.
- Restoring. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings on a new device signed in to the same store account.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See our support page for how to ask.
Your statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by these terms.
App Store users
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Ownership
The app's design, artwork, prayer groupings and our recordings belong to UK AGITECH LTD. Qur'an recitations streamed in the app are provided by mp3quran.net and their reciters. You may share prayers from the app with the people you know; please do not copy or resell the app or its content.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially features that need the internet. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms when the app changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
